Spain × France · Contract furniture

Made in Spain.
Specified in France.

NEXXO introduces Spanish contract furniture makers to the interior architects and FF&E buyers who furnish French hotels and restaurants.

Every room begins as a specification.

Behind every hotel lobby sits a long list of decisions: who makes the chairs, where the stone comes from, who signs off. Spain makes much of what ends up on that list. Too often, the right maker never hears about the project.

The craft is not the problem. Access is.

The corridor, in numbers

Source: ANIEME, Spanish furniture foreign trade report, 2025

26%

of Spain's furniture exports go to France, its largest customer.

€818M

of Spanish furniture bought by France in 2025.

€3.1B

Spanish furniture exports in 2025, up 5% on the year before.

54%

of those exports leave from two regions: Catalonia and the Valencian Community.

The market exists. The harder question is access: getting the right Spanish maker in front of the right French project, at the right moment.

What an introduction is.
And what it isn't.

It is

The right Spanish maker, in front of the right French project, with a clear reason to talk.

We read the brief, choose carefully, and tell both sides who pays us before anyone meets.

It isn't

A catalogue, a mass email, or a middleman holding stock.

We don't make, ship or sell furniture. We don't promise orders. We promise introductions worth taking, on terms agreed in writing before any work begins.

The people behind a room.

Every hotel room is a conversation between people who never meet.

01 · The maker

In a workshop in Yecla, Valencia or the Garrotxa, someone decides how a chair should feel after ten thousand guests.

02 · The architect

In a studio in Paris or Bordeaux, someone decides what that chair should say about the place.

03 · The buyer

Between them, someone holds the budget, the deadline and a list of forty items still to source.

04 · The guest

And one evening, someone sits down and never thinks about any of it.

NEXXO exists so the first three meet.

For Spanish makers

You build for hotels.
We find the French projects.

If you make contract furniture and want French hospitality work without building a French sales team, we start with a conversation about how you sell today and which projects get away.

  1. 01We learn your product, capacity and lead times.
  2. 02We agree the terms in writing: a defined piece of work, with a fixed end date.
  3. 03We introduce you to French specifiers whose projects fit.

For French specifiers & buyers

A short list
you can trust.

Furniture is often bought last, when the budget is tighter and the opening date is fixed. Before we suggest any maker, we ask five things.

  1. 01The room: lobby, restaurant, guest room, terrace.
  2. 02The quantity: twelve chairs or four hundred.
  3. 03The budget band. Not the number, the range.
  4. 04The date the hotel opens.
  5. 05The rules: fire classification and durability standards for the venue.

Why we started NEXXO

Good things get lost between borders. We started NEXXO to find them.

We have both built our lives far from where we were born. Between us: Canada, Costa Rica, Mexico, Italy, Switzerland, France and Spain. Living between countries teaches you one thing early. Talent is everywhere, but opportunity travels through people. One introduction, at the right moment, can change the course of a business.

In Madrid, we found that truth in an unexpected place. Spain builds some of the finest furniture in Europe, in family workshops in Yecla, Valencia and Catalonia that have been perfecting their craft for generations. France buys more of it than any other country in the world. And still, many of those makers are never in the room when a French hotel is being imagined.

We love rooms that make people feel something. A lobby that slows you down. A restaurant you remember for its chairs as much as its food. NEXXO is our way of building those rooms from the side no guest ever sees: by putting the right maker and the right project at the same table.

Our ambition is simple, and large. To become the first call on both sides of this border. To start with one corridor, do it honestly and do it well, and earn the right to open the next.

Matthieu & Andrés

Seven countries.
One corridor.

NEXXO is run from Madrid in Spanish, French and English, so a maker in Valencia and an architect in Bordeaux never need a translator to start a conversation.
